Collaboration Form
Collaboration form enables speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to independently manage their own dedicated sections.
It is designed for Webex Events and this speaker & sponsor management led to 5 customer renewals within the first 7 days of launch and more than 3,000+ collaborations facilitated in the first 2 months.
Speaker Table: I designed a solution as a part of the current structure in the most sustainable way. By adding new columns for collaboration, awareness was created, and this helped planners track the status of collaborations.
Edition Modal: There was a really limited area for new input since all editing experience was on modals for this product. A new section was created, and emailing logic was set here against current inputs.
End User Form: This form is a vital part of this journey since different types of users with different technical capabilities are using it. In addition, new design library was used for it as a guidance for other upcoming projects.
